Responsibilities Communication with Customers: a) Receive and act on instruction from customer on receiving/delivery schedule. b) To verify the goods received tallies with Packing List once warehouse operations had checked the goods. c) To request PO/Invoice/packing List ad and when required and to generate the documents. d) Understand and communicate to relevant people on any special request/requirement made by customer. e) To update and resolve issues that warehouse operations may not be able to comply to the requirement or meet deadline. f) To provide any report or status update that requested by customer.
Computer system, Admin and filing : a) To update WMS for every transaction such as receiving, delivery and transfer location. b) On monthly or when needed, to issue inventory and movement reports from WMS. c) Regular checking, following up on emails correspondence with customers and other related parties. d) To update daily report on movements into MS Office software. e) To update monthly KPI report on time. f) To generate invoice to customer base on inventory report. g) To perform cost update into system and provide provision cost where necessary. h) To complete and verified all job files for the month within the month end closing. i) To ensure all files are sorted & filed, reports and files records with relevant details are kept properly.

Communication with Internal Staff : a) To communicate any incoming/outgoing plan to warehouse operations staff and to solve any problem that may arise. b) To discuss and report any problem that operations cannot meet customer’s requirement. c) To follow up with relevant staff on job in progress to ensure customers are updated accordingly. d) To provide timely info/data to Billing Section for the purpose to raise the invoice to customer on time. e) To assist warehouse operations in performing any stock take, especially generating/tracing related documents.

Duty listed in this section are not essential or intrinsic to the job but are performed at times and it may be “perform other duties as assigned” from time-to-time on tasks as needed.
  • Min pass SPM examination.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a 3PL Company as Customer Service.
Added advantage: Experience / knowledge in import / export procedure and experience in a warehouse environment.
