Job Descriptions:

• Maintains and expands the database retailers and prospective retailers and plans and executes leasing activities.
• Responds to and follows up on leasing inquiries via post, telephone, and personal visits.
• Fosters professional and good working relationships with tenants and attends to their queries and complaints accordingly.
• Conducts market and competitor research, as well as customer surveys.
• Prepared and raise all necessary E-Memo and letter offer with the collection of payment for tenancies.
• Handles the administration for the handing over of premises and follows up on the progress of fit-out work.
• Responsible for the preparation and safekeeping of tenancy contracts, and obtains the necessary signatories and stamps.
• Coordinates the inspection of premises to ensure all aspects are consistent with tenancy agreements.
• Maintains an up-to-date database of tenants' contact details and tenancy schedules.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly leasing reports.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possesses mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as tenancy agreements, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Willing to be based in Sunway Pyramid (Bandar Sunway).
