• Systems support and testing to ensure new modules or features are functioning in accordance with User Acceptance Test Scripts and current processes.
• Systems Trainings and Support to internal users and external parties; Suppliers/Tenderers.
• Consolidate Spend Reports from various systems for analysis and governance.
• Any other tasks assigned as and when required.
  

Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a professional certification or Diploma in any field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to work with all levels across the Group and maintain professionalism and high integrity in carrying out the job scope.
• Proficiency in English a must; ability to converse and write professionally, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Detailed, well organized, with strong planning and prioritizing abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and committed to achieve excellence.
