Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in the Advertising industry (e.g. Marketing, Brand Management, Sales, etc).
  • 5 years of experience in people management
  • Experience as a sales leader, developing team members and achieving quantifiable business growth.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in driving or cultivating new business and/or in account management within an online advertising agency.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated record in/with performance optimization.
  • Experience in sales and business development across a multitude of industry verticals, with an emphasis on Fuel, QSR, Auto, Retail and Finance.
  • Demonstrated record of exceeding performance and revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with digital measurement methods.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, with the ability to solve complex business problems, individually or in a group setting.
