  • To operate carpark system and process new application.
  • To liaise with tenants on carpark related matters.

BUILDING SUPERVISOR The Job
  • Responsible for the overall preventive and corrective maintenance function for commercial office buildings and proper handover of tenanted offices to new tenants
  • Carry out inspections of all maintenance works completed and ensure that the works are completed within the time frame and in accordance with contract provisions
  • Ensure that all tenants’ renovation works are carried in accordance with prescribed renovation rules and regulations
  • Attend to complaints and ensure that follow-up actions are taken to address the complaints within the time frame defined by the management
  • Carry out periodic inspections of common areas and to report on any preventive repair or replacement works that need to be carried out
